This form may be used to advise the Kenilworth Police Department of an upcoming event so that reasonable accomidations may be made in regards to parking situations**.

Complete all the fields and press the submit button at the bottom when finished.  If we have any questions regarding your request, a department employee will contact you.

**Please remember that restrictions in "No Parking" zones are never waived, however, the Kenilworth Police Department will make reasonable accommodations in other parking zones as necessary for an event. If you should have any questions, please contact the on-duty supervisor at 847-251-2141.
